SHIPPING POLICY -

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 days of being placed. We offer shipping across India and provide a Cash on Delivery (COD) facility.

All orders are dispatched from Mumbai and typically take 3-7 working days to reach our customers, barring any unforeseen circumstances.

For orders worth Rs 1000 and above, shipping is free. For orders below Rs 1000, a shipping fee of Rs 50 applies.

An order cannot be cancelled/modified once it has been shipped / dispatched.

Please note that if you return your order, the shipping charges are non-refundable.
RETURN POLICY -
Returning Plan B products is simple:

Submit Your Request: Enter your order details on our Return Portal.

Pickup Process: The product(s) will be collected within 1-4 days of your request. Please note, a return fee of ₹50 will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged/Defective Products: Share images with us within 24 hours on our whatsapp number (9152021196) or email us at hello@yougotplanb.com for a quick replacement.

Quality Issues: Describe the issue. If verified, we will process a refund to your source account or provide store credit. Exchanges are also available.

Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 24-48 working hours after we receive the product in its original condition.

Return Timeline: All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
EXCHANGE POLICY -
Exchanging Plan B products is simple:

Submit Your Request: Enter your order details on our Exchange Portal.

Select Products: Choose the product you want to exchange and select the new product you’d like instead. Pay any difference in amount, if applicable.

Pickup Process: Your product will be picked up within 1-4 days of your request. An exchange fee of ₹50 will be added to your new order.

Dispatch Timeline: Once we receive the original product in intact condition, we will dispatch your new product within 24-48 working hours. Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp.

Exchange Timeline: All exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange Rules: You can exchange any order, but the new product must be equal to or greater than the original price. Please note that exchange charges will be added to the total amount.
FAQ'S
1. WHAT PRODUCTS CAN BE RETURNED?
- Inner wear (Padded Underwear, Underwear, Boxers, Bloomers, Trunks, Bras) are returnable only ONCE
- Outerwear products are returnable
- Transparent Straps and all accessories are NOT returnable
- Products in CLEARANCE SALE are on final sale and are non returnable and non exchangeable
- Products should be returned in original condition with tags intact and in the cloth pouch that it was delivered in
- Product should be unused and unwashed and should not have stains or damages
2. DO YOU CHARGE FOR RETURNS?
Yes, we have a nominal charge of Rs.50
3. HOW LONG IS MY RETURN VALID?
Returns are valid only upto 7 days from date of delivery of order. Any request received after 7 days from date of delivery shall not be accepted.
5. HOW MANY TIMES CAN AN ORDER BE RETURNED?
- Inner wear can be returned only ONCE after the first purchase.
- All other products can be returned more than once but a Rs.50 return fee shall be levied on each return
6. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Our shipping partner shall make three attempts to deliver your package and post unsuccessful delivery after these attempts we will consider the order status as closed. For prepaid orders kindly contact us at hello@yougotplanb.com
7. CAN THE STORE CREDIT BE USED IN PARTS?
No, the store credit/discount code needs to be used in one single order. We shall not reissue a discount code for any pending amount
